Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges as specified in your service agreement. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked on scheduled service days, providing access instructions, notifying us of any security systems, and ensuring pathways are clear of obstacles. Restorerefine is not liable for delays caused by access issues, and may charge for additional visits required due to access problems. Clients should inform us of any pets, hazards, or special considerations that may affect service delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service if property conditions pose safety risks.
While we strive for excellence in all our services, Restorerefine is not liable for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations and will address any issues arising from our negligence in accordance with our insurance coverage and legal obligations. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that services will meet all of your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.
